1. To View, Print and Save the Customer Invoices Due by Date Report


          This report will list all of your invoices issued showing those both unpaid and paid.

  • Click on the Reports dashboard, then on the Who Owes You button and then on the Customer Invoices Due by Date tab. 


  • To generate this report you are able to select the date range by changing the From and To dates using the calendar icons or you are able to enter the customers name in the Search field. If you use the date option you will need to click on the Refresh button each time you change the date range.
  • To print the report click on the PDF icon on the top right of the screen and select the appropriate icon from the tool bar.
  • To save the report click on the PDF icon on the top right of your screen and select the appropriate icon from the tool bar.


2. To View, Print and Save The All Transactions per Customer Report


          This report lists all transactions in the system and groups them by customer e.g this will show opening balances, adjustments, 

          customer invoices, credit notes, bank statement receipts, business cash receipts etc.

  • Click on the Reports dashboard,then on the Who Owes You button and then on the All Transactions per Customer tab
  • To view this report you are able to select the date range by changing the From and To dates using the calendar icons and you are able to enter the customers name in the Customer field. Remember if you use the date option you will need to click on the Refresh button each time you change the date range.
  • To print the report click on the PDF icon on the top right of the screen and select the appropriate icon from the tool bar.
  • To save the report click on the PDF icon on the top right of your screen and select the appropriate icon from the tool bar.


3. To View, Print and Save the Customer Age Analysis


         The Customer Age Analysis is a tool to show you the aging of your debtors. This basically shows your customers invoices and puts

         them into “buckets” of 30 days. This gives you an idea of which customers are slow to pay and whether any have exceeded their credit

         terms.

  • Click on the Reports dashboard, then on the Who Owes You button and then on the Customer Age Analysis tab.
  • To view this report you are able to select the date for age analysis by changing the date using the calendar icon. Remember if you use the date option you will need to click on the Refresh button each time you change the date range.
  • To print the report click on the PDF icon on the top right of the screen and select the appropriate icon from the tool bar.
  • To save the report click on the PDF icon on the top right of your screen and select the appropriate icon from the tool bar.
