All the information that you capture in SMEasy will reflect in the various documents that appear on this dashboard:

  • The General Ledger will show every entry that you have entered onto the system
  • The Trial Balance will give you the balance of each account on the general ledger 
  • The Income Statement will show all your income and expenses and your profit or loss
  • The Balance Sheet with show all your assets (things you own that have value eg. a building, office furniture etc), liabilities (monies that you owe eg. a car that has been financed, supplier invoices that you still owe etc)  and equity


The following functions are also available:


  • Exporting of data from the system
  • Ability to correct incorrect entries
  • Ability to create custom accounts
  • Saving entries to an account where they can be allocated at a later stage
  • Setting up of brought forward balanced


 

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ANYTHING IN THIS SECTION YOU ASK YOUR ACCOUNTANT FOR ASSISTANCE. INCORRECT SETTING UP OF ACCOUNTS AND INCORRECT CORRECTION OF ENTRIES CAN CAUSE BIGGER PROBLEMS!
